Spray two 1 cup (250 ml) ramekins or custard cups with cooking spray.
Whisk eggs in a medium bowl until very frothy. Season with salt and pepper. Add cream cheese and beat with a fork. Add ham.
Divide the mixture between the two cups. Microwave on medium low until firm, about 6 minutes. Remove from microwave; invert each cup on an individual plate. Remove cup. Top with 1 tbsp (12 ml) salsa. Serve immediately.
