Tropical Colada
Ingredients
1 egg
1 banana, peeled and cut into chunks
1/2 cup (125 mL) pineapple or orange juice
1/2 cup (125 mL) coconut milk or regular milk
1 tsp (5 mL) vanilla
Directions
Combine all ingredients in a blender and process 60 seconds on high speed. Drink immediately.
